TC 815 is a white 0.15 mm thick double-sided thermal transfer (backingless) adhesive tape with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.6W/mK (ASTM D5470). Acrylic polymer adhesive film filled with ceramic thermally conductive particles with a silicone release paper on one side. Available in custom widths or cut to shape.
