By browsing and using https://qcbt.hu , you, the user of the Webshop (hereinafter referred to as "User"), declare that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions for use and services, data protection principles, and agree with all its points. Please only use our services if you agree with all points and consider them binding upon yourself. This document is not filed and is only concluded electronically (not considered a written contract) and does not refer to a code of conduct.

2. Scope of the Agreement
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the website/webshop available at https://qcbt.hu (hereinafter referred to as "Webshop"). By browsing and using the Webshop, the User declares that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions for use and services and agree with all its points.
3. Scope of Available Products
The products available for purchase in the Webshop. The prices displayed next to the products include the applicable VAT. No separate packaging fees are charged. The delivery fee is calculated based on the ordered quantity and the provided delivery address during the ordering process, according to the shipping fees published on the Webshop.
Images displayed on the product data sheets may differ from the actual product; in some cases, they are for illustration purposes. Our company does not accept responsibility for any changes to technical descriptions made without prior notice by the supplier or other external reasons.
4. Registration, Guest User, Recorded Data
The Webshop can be used, and orders can be placed either as a guest user or with a user registration. The advantage of registration is that if the User wishes to place another order in the Webshop, they will not need to re-enter their details. Mandatory information required during registration includes:
- Personal Information: Last name, First name, Notification email address.
- Billing Information: Last name, First name, Address, City, County, Postal code, Country, Phone number.
- Shipping Information: Last name, First name, Street/House number, City, County, Postal code, Country, Phone number.
5. Ordering Process
5.1 Cart
- Step - Adding to Cart: After specifying the quantity of the desired product, click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to the list of ordered items. The list can be viewed anytime by clicking the "Cart" link/button.
- Step - Finalizing the Cart: Once the User has placed all desired items in the cart, they can view its contents by clicking the "Cart" link. Items/products in the cart can be deleted or quantities modified.
5.2 Entering Information
- Step - User Identification: The User can proceed with the ordering process by clicking the "Continue" button in the cart. They can choose to place the order as a guest or register with the Webshop.
- Step: Billing and Shipping Address: After login and registration, the provided billing and shipping information will be displayed. Here, users can review and edit their details.
5.3 Shipping and Payment Terms
The User can choose payment by cash on delivery, prepayment, or other card transaction methods.
5.4 Order Review – Submission
By clicking the "Submit Order" button, the order is recorded, and a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address provided during registration/ordering.

6.1 Shipping Methods
After placing the order, you can choose from the following pickup and delivery methods:
- Pickup at the Service Provider's Location (Only by prior appointment).
- Delivery by courier service.
- Pickup at a parcel point.
6.2 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the ordered quantity and delivery address.
6.3 Delivery Time
Delivery will occur within a maximum of 14 business days from order placement (may vary depending on prior arrangement).
Packages are delivered on business days.

7. Right of Withdrawal
According to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the User may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the receipt of the ordered product and return the ordered product.
7.1 Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
If the User wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they may do so in writing, by letter or email, or by phone, referring to the product and the order identifier.
8. Usage and Data Handling Principles
These Terms' usage and data handling principles apply to the Webshop available at https://qcbt.hu .
8.1 Registration, Data Sheet, User Profile, Order – Shipping and Billing Information
The content of the website can be viewed without registration; however, ordering through the webshop is only available after providing personal information.
8.2 Handling Personal Data
The Service Provider is considered the data controller regarding personal data. The Service Provider handles users' personal data only as specified above.
8.3 Data Security
The Service Provider takes all necessary steps to handle users' personal data securely. This includes protecting the data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, as well as deletion or destruction. The Service Provider stores data on secure servers and applies appropriate technical measures for data protection.
8.4 Access to and Modification of Data
Users are entitled to request information about their personal data handled by the Service Provider and may request modifications or deletion of their data. Users can view and modify the information provided during registration on their profile page. Requests for deletion of personal data may be submitted in writing, by email, or by post to the Service Provider.
8.5 Withdrawal of Data Handling Consent
Users may withdraw their consent to data handling at any time. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data handling operations performed before the withdrawal. Upon withdrawal of consent, the Service Provider is required to delete the user's personal data.
8.6 Complaints Handling
Users may submit complaints regarding the handling of their personal data to the Service Provider in writing, by email, or by post. The Service Provider must investigate the complaint within 30 days and inform the user of the investigation results.
Other Provisions
9.1 Applicable Law
Hungarian law applies to these Terms and the use of the Webshop. For matters not regulated in these Terms, the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services apply.
9.2 Amendment of the Agreement
The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. Amendments take effect after publication. The Service Provider is required to make the amended Terms available on the Webshop's website and inform users of changes by email. Users accept the amendments by continuing to use the Webshop.
9.3 Exercise of Right of Withdrawal
If the user wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Service Provider must promptly, but no later than 30 days after withdrawal, refund the product and the amount paid by the user. The user bears the costs related to exercising the right of withdrawal.
9.4 Legal Remedies
In case of legal violations, users can assert their claims against the Service Provider according to applicable laws. Users may also submit complaints directly to the Service Provider, which must investigate the complaint within 30 days and inform the user of the results.
9.5 Other Provisions
The Service Provider is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of the Webshop's website, including but not limited to damages from technical failures, data loss, or network errors. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance or development, for which it accepts no responsibility.
9.6 Dispute Resolution
Hungarian law applies to disputes between users and the Service Provider. The parties strive to resolve disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court at the Service Provider's headquarters has exclusive jurisdiction.
