3M™ ScotchCal™ 3698E+ is a glossy silver 0.05mm thick vinyl label material with a TOP Coat for thermal transfer printing. The 320E adhesive provides excellent adhesion to both wettable HSE (high surface energy) and difficult-to-stick LSE (LOW surface energy) surfaces, including polyethylene surfaces. The 65g/m2 paper liner provides good convertibility for the production of finished products. The soft vinyl carrier is especially recommended for challenging applications where surface conformability is very important, such as marking small diameter pipes or cylindrical parts.
