3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 3748Q hot-melt 100% solids medium viscosity white UL 94 - V2 registered liquid adhesive, where the thermoplastic resin melts when heated and results in a bond within seconds even when different surfaces are glued together as soon as it cools down. Its use is strongly recommended for gluing plastic, such as polyolefin-based materials, ABS, PVC, polycarbonate, or even difficult-to-glue low surface energy (LSE - LOW Surface Energy) polypropylene or polyethylene surfaces.
