3M™ 8810 is a white, 0.25 mm thick, double-sided thermal transfer (backingless) adhesive tape with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.6W/mK (ASTM C-177). The acrylic polymer adhesive film filled with ceramic thermally conductive particles is protected on both sides with a PET liner, ensuring easy cutting of shapes according to individual requirements. UL-746A certified product (file no. E213134). Available in custom widths or cut to shapes.
