3M™ 5571-1.0 Thermal Conductive Pad

3M™ 5571-1.0 is an off-white 1mm thick, slightly adhesive acrylic elastomer thermal pad with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 2.1 W/mK (according to 3M's in-house standard). The soft, slightly adhesive acrylic elastomer material on one side contains ceramic particle fillers to ensure thermal conductivity. It does not contain added silicone, and there is no oily evaporation. The soft foam material's excellent formability ensures the best possible surface contact even on uneven or curved surfaces to achieve the highest possible heat transfer capability.
