3M™ 8940 double-sided thermal conductive adhesive tape 0.19x40mmx10m
3M™ 8940 is a beige, 0.19 mm thick, double-sided thermally conductive adhesive tape with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.4W/mK (ASTM D 5470). The polymer carrier filled with thermally conductive particles is bonded to both sides with a high temperature resistant (up to +150˚C for a short time) acrylic adhesive. UL94 V-0 certified product (file no. E253171).
